FIRAS Scheme in association with Warrington Fire Research

Oak Fire Protection are a FIRAS approved contractor, which means all of our works are monitored by the organization, Warrington Fire Research.

There is no additional cost for this service and we can offer the benefits of being associated with a third party accreditation scheme which include trained employees and job specific site inspections and testing by qualified FIRAS engineers.

Upon completion and inspection of the works, we can issue a ‘Certificate of Conformity’ to warrant our works, which is recommended in the Building Regulations ‘Approved Document Part B’.

Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP)

Membership of the Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) gives Oak Fire Protection the opportunity to be involved in discussions, research and the promotion of the passive fire protection industry.

Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)

Oak Fire Protection were accepted as an approved contractor for the CHAS Health and Safety scheme in 2006.

The CHAS scheme is highly regarded with Health and Safety in mind and is recognized by Building Contractors, District Councils and H.M Prison Services nationwide.
